Shipping & Returns


We offer USPS first class, priority mail, and express shipping. We ship orders daily Monday through Friday year-round with exceptions for holidays. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If you are paying for your order using ACH or eCheck your order will only ship once payment has actually cleared which can take 3-4 business days. If you are using any of the other payment methods we have listed your order will ship within 1 business day.


Orders should be inspected upon delivery and any issues with order fulfillment should be reported in a timely manner. Providing pictures of your order as it arrived is helpful in expediting the investigation and resolution of any reported issue.

Exchanges are for the unopened product within 30 days of order completion. Contact to provide any details regarding your return or exchange. Accepted returns entitle the buyer to exchange, store credit or refund. Direct refunds may not be possible through some payment options and when needed will be processed and mailed.

Completed orders and orders in transit can be rejected at delivery. Delivered orders still sealed in original USPS packaging, can avoid shipping costs by marking as “Return to Sender” before delivering back to USPS.

Once shipping material is opened, the product must be sent at buyers expense to the mailing address on the website. Contact support to provide proof of return in the form of a tracking number, inventory of items being returned, and expected resolution.
